September 29- October 1 -- The Member-Member is a two-day, four-ball competition similar in format to the Member-Guest. Teams compete in five nine-hole matches within six-team flights. This year's field is capped at 48 two-man teams. A waiting list will start after the first 30 teams.
New this year will be a Gold Tee option for all fights. 60/80 Rule applies.
Thursday is an optional practice round starting at 12:30 pm with a shotgun start. Following the practice round, a putting contest and other skills challenges will be held around the putting green. Rules for the event and other schedule issues will be discussed during the Supplemental Rules Review starting around 6:30 pm.
Flights of 6 teams play a round robin tournament consisting of 5 9-hole matches. Friday each team plays three matches.Saturday each team plays two matches.
Flight winners and wild cards compete in 4-hole alternate-shot, elimination shoot-out Saturday afternoon to identify the overall tournament winner.
Players receive 90% of their Course Handicaps.
The Member-Member is the penultimate tournament of the MGA season. The season wraps up one month later with the Charlie Good Final Event.
